Reina Chaudhury

Reina is currently a sophomore at Corning-Painted Post High School. She started dancing when she was four years old under Mrs. Subashini Ganesan-Forbes in Portland, Oregon. She has been learning Bharatanatyam from her guru, Smt. Parvatha Chidambaram since 2020. Through her teachers she has learned to embrace and appreciate her Indian heritage. Thanks to bharatanatyam, Reina has also opened up to viewing the world in a different perspective, by appreciating the beauty in details. Apart from dancing, Reina enjoys spending her time experimenting in the kitchen, enjoying the outdoors, and playing the piano. Reina’s exposure to Bharatanatyam has been an unforgettable experience, which she plans on continuing throughout her whole life.
